Hi, packag protected very poor and part is questionable it is not broken. If you sending a part with a board. And switches it needs to be in a box and protected with bubble wrap.🙏

Great meat slicer. It is not loud at all. I researched quite a bit and finally decided on the Beswood 10' slicer. It was a great investment. I've used it so far on Beef and ham and it will make perfect slices for sandwiches. You can feel the quality when you use it.

I need the parts that broke and it says you are sold out when are you going to get more the slicer is useless right now please let me know when the parts I am missing that holds the meat while slicing theslide table

Hello, I am writing to share my feedback regarding the sharpener I purchased for my 10-inch Bestwood meat slicer. To be clear, I have been very happy with my meat slicer overall since I purchased it. It has performed surprisingly well, and I love using it. The only maintenance issues I have encountered have been minor, such as having to replace the screws that hold the blade and the screw for the blade cover. However, regarding this specific sharpener, it unfortunately did not work for me. While it did make the blade sharp, it appears to have altered the angle of the edge. After using it, I had trouble slicing meat—the cuts were uneven and did not perform as well as they did before. I had to use my old sharpener to restore the correct edge, which immediately solved the problem.
Wish there were directions and instructions on how to use. Can't even find a video online how to use.
I messaged you over a month ago and you told me that the parts would be available within a few days what's going on with the parts I can't use the slicer until I get the parts please let me know so I can place the order ASAP Thankyou Gary Sevinor
